We hope you are happy with your Denps products. However, if this is not the case, you can of course cancel your order and return the products to us. Simply notify us within 14 days of receiving the products. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or a refund later than 14 days after receipt.
Please note: You can not cancel your order by refusing to receive the order or by failing to pick it up at the pick-up point. At least not without notifying us in advance.
If you want to exchange or return your products, do the following:

Remember to enclose your full name and order number on the cancellation form. That way, we are able to recognize your return when it reaches us, and we can complete your return as soon as possible.
It is very important that you send your return directly to us and NOT to a pick-up point or a parcel shop. If you send your shipment to a pick-up point or a parcel shop, we can unfortunately not accept the return. Contact us if in doubt. We are happy to help!
Once we have received your return, we will refund your money as soon as possible. We will refund to the card you used at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not refund any shipping costs.
The Danish Purchase Act is of course applicable when you shop at our webshop. This means that you have 24 months right to make a complaint.
If your product does not live up to the standard (which of course we never hope is the case), you have the right to complain. If your complaint is justified, it means that you are either entitled to a new product of the same kind, to get your money back, to receive a voucher for your next purchase, to get a reasonable discount or something else – this is assessed on the basis of the specific situation.
It is important that you contact us with your complaint within a reasonable time frame after you have discovered a defect in the product.
