Personal information is all kinds of information that to some extent can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. How do we handle your personal information at Denps?

When you shop at our webshop, we need your information to be able to complete your order (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) and to be able to provide the services you have requested – such as to submit a newsletter. We only register and pass on information about you that is necessary to be able to complete your order and deliver it to you – e.g. for delivery with PostNord or GLS. Your personal information is registered and stored with us, Denps ApS. We retain this information for 5 years, after which this information is automatically anonymised. However, you can contact us at any time to find out what information we have, just as you can also ask us to delete or anonymize this, if it is in accordance with the law. We collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process data on our behalf and do not have the right to use this data for their own purposes.

Security

We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or in other ways processed in violation of the law.
