Payment

You can pay safely and securely on our webshop. Our payment solution is PCI DSS certified, and we accept the following card types:

The amount will be withdrawn from your card when we send the products.
You can also pay by bank transfer. In that case, we will process your order once we have received the payment in our account.

Delivery in Danmark

We deliver in most cases with Postnord or GLS,
Delivery costs: Calculated and displayed at check-out
Delivery time: 2-8 business days
Free delivery to our store at Nørregade 4, 1165 Copenhagen.

Delivery in Europe

We deliver with EMS (part of PostNord) or GLS
Shipping cost: Estimated upon check-out
Delivery time: 5-10 working days

Returns

We hope you are happy with your Denps products. However, if this is not the case, you can of course cancel your order and return the products to us. Simply notify us within 14 days of receiving the products. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or a refund later than 14 days after receipt.

Please noteYou can not cancel your order by refusing to receive the order or by failing to pick it up at the pick-up point. At least not without notifying us in advance.

If you want to exchange or return your products, do the following:

  1. Fill in the enclosed Cancellation form
  2. Pack the products securely and send us your return as soon as you can. We prefer that we have your return in hand within max. 14 days

You can also contact us directly by sending an email to: info@denps.com. Remember to write your full name and order number.
 
Please note that Denps does not offer to pay your shipping costs in connection with the return. It is your responsibility that the return reaches us safely and undamaged. We also do not refund shipping costs from the shipment from us. We recommend you use an insured service to send your return to us. For example as parcel post with PostNord.

Remember to enclose your full name and order number on the cancellation form. That way, we are able to recognize your return when it reaches us, and we can complete your return as soon as possible.

It is very important that you send your return directly to us and NOT to a pick-up point or a parcel shop. If you send your shipment to a pick-up point or a parcel shop, we can unfortunately not accept the return. Contact us if in doubt. We are happy to help!

 
Condition of return products
It is important that your return products are in the same condition as when received, which means that the packaging must be unbroken and products must appear salable. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return.
 
Please note: In the event that you unexpectedly should receive goods that have been damaged during delivery, please contact us directly on +4530127067 or send an email to info@denps.com.
 
Always remember to write your full name and order number.

Refund

Once we have received your return, we will refund your money as soon as possible. We will refund to the card you used at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not refund any shipping costs.

Right of complaint

The Danish Purchase Act is of course applicable when you shop at our webshop. This means that you have 24 months right to make a complaint.

If your product does not live up to the standard (which of course we never hope is the case), you have the right to complain. If your complaint is justified, it means that you are either entitled to a new product of the same kind, to get your money back, to receive a voucher for your next purchase, to get a reasonable discount or something else – this is assessed on the basis of the specific situation.

It is important that you contact us with your complaint within a reasonable time frame after you have discovered a defect in the product.
